About

Some years ago, this started as the blog of a young professional who wanted to share their thoughts and experiences of work life cliches with fellow young professionals doing their best to make it.

Now in my thirties, with an international politics degree, and multiple training  and project management certifications, I still see the cliches, but my approach to addressing them is different. It’s more educational. This never was or is going to be a career coaching site. However, I have seen, heard and learned enough to know that there is always space for improvement – as an organisation, as an employee, as a manager, as a person, as a profession.

I manage operations and deliver corporate training in the healthcare sector. I wear many, many, many hats. I have perspective.  Among these pages you will find my two cents.
